[Job description]
· Supports derivatives sales and assists in the day to day
processing, document tracking, and preparation of all required documents.
· Primary liaison with all levels of origination/support-staff to facilitate
the daily smooth settlement.
· Prioritizes and route incoming sales calls, as well as any customer
correspondence.
· Coordinates meetings and training sessions on behalf of sales.
· Coordinates the implementation of local regulatory requirements of
reporting.
· Handles IT projects for automation, trade maintenance and order placing.
[Requirements]
· a team player and detail-oriented person.
· able to work under pressure.
· good personality with open mind and positive attitude.
· genuine interest in the derivatives sales role.
· major in finance or computer science is preferred.
· fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
· proficient in MS VBA and excel function/solid skills in Word and Excel.
