问一个机率问题
从2011年导入DRS尾翼以来每年生产给两台赛车20站比赛用包含备品到2021共11年应该有几
百个，甚至更多数量。
所有车队从有DRS以来都没有出过这种可以打开幅度>85mm or规定的事情发生而被罚
就这么刚好2021WDC之争再不赢就不行的情况下，违规的尾翼刚好装在44号车上
而不是77号车上。
试问这个是巧合且非有意而为之的机率大概是多少?
