finishing 'best of rest' - but he'll have his work cut to score points
in Texas having failed to stop to weigh his car in FP2.

Perez will start Sunday'srace from the pit lane, having been summoned to
the Stewards to explain he incident after the second practice session at
the Circuit of The Americas.

They reviewed video evidance and heard from Perez - but he was ultimately
found to have failed to stop for the weigh bridge in FP2.
