以下是我跟我美国朋友讨论的看法，首先看一下这张图片

这张照片是 Terry 拍的，中间右二的是 Frank，旁边的是黑手党小弟们
看了这张照片再回头来看最后一句就会比较好理解了
Terry 在拍照的时候，Frank 跟一旁的黑手党小弟们说 Terry (the kid) 是跟他一起的
所以让 Terry 拍照(snap vt. 拍快照)
句子的最后一个片段(fragment)是一个非限定修饰的介系词词组
这我也是看了很久才看懂主词指涉的是 Frank 才对
当时 Frank 虽然谨慎身旁都是保镖，却同时也能够看出他拉风十足
最后的 his swagger plain
我的理解是原本 plain 应该是前位修饰(premodificaiton) his plain swagger
而文章中把它调到后位修饰(postmodificaiton)，不太确定为何如此
不过我们可以比较一下下列两者的"声音"：
his plain swagger vs. his swagger plain
很明显可以知道后者的声音念起来比较顺、比较有韵律
此处形容词 plain 的解释：easy to perceive or understand; clear.
