By the time不是要和未来完成时并用吗？
例如：
By the time Dad comes home, I will have finished my homework.
那图片中画红线那句能不能写成：

uths.

这应该是在叙述一段事实吧？ by the time跟when意思差不多请问一下这是出自哪里的文章问了母语人士说那一句不对，it should be "will have".

我觉得就是像你所说的，那是一个常态，代表事实，所以应该使用简单式。因为不是描述一件未来会发生什么事。
