问题1:or后面的are otherwise，are是动词，动词前面应该要+主词，但是主词跑哪去了?
问题2:any other functions是受词，that are not themselves reentrant是一个句子。
受词跟句子不能连在一起。

... any other functions that(关系代名词) are not ....any other funtions 后头接的是关系子句(that are not ..你最后的句子用 which(关系代名词) 也行。美式英语在写限定关系子句时偏好用 that(关系代名词)
