这是occupied那题的情况

先搞懂语意。Established 修饰 (life insurance company)，这字有点像已开发国家用 developed。也有 ing型， 如：establishing shot。造个句: This company is well-established in lifeinsurance industry.

Ving修饰的“主动做”的东西，pp修饰的是“被做”的东西，公司是“被人成立”的，不是它“自己立起来”的。不过，established“被建立”这个用法太常见，也可以直接把它当成形容词，是“已经成立一段时间的”的意思。
