顺带请教一下D大，the best有两个位置可摆:has和offer后面怎样准确判断？是从句意吗？因为has to offer很容易看是一组结果就判断错误@@

这个怎断句，好像不是文法可解的。只要曾经对本句型正确“解码”过，阅读时自然会套用同样罗辑去理解。写出这样句子的人也从在不知道会被断句成: has to offer the best， 如果没人拿文法来问为什么不可以这样想... 只能说不顺。
