看了字典还是不太能清楚的理解facility与accommodation的差异，
下面文章是600 Essential Words for the TOEIC的一篇短文。
附上自己的解读翻译，只是凭字典的意思与感觉而翻译的，不知道是否正确。

All conference facilities need to provide reasonable accommodation
for people with disabilities.
所有的会议场所皆须提供适合的地方给行动不便的人。
Disabled individuals need to be able to take part in every session
that is being offered.
每位行动不便的人都能够参加每场会议。
In case a session is held in an off-site location,
we are not responsible for providing accommodation.
若有户外的会议，我们不负责提供(行动不便的)场地?
But for any event held at our acility,
we need to make the necessary arrangements for disabled participants.
但对于在我们场所举办，我们需要去帮行动不便的参加者做些安排。
Most areas of our facility are handicapped accessible,
but in some situations we need to make further accommodations.
我们场地的大多区域都有无障碍设施，但是有些情况我们需要进一步提供设施。
For example, conference planners are asked to get in touch with us ahead of
time if any attendees will require special interpreters for the hearing
impaired.
