看到国外(美国)餐饮代理的vision里面有一段写

想请教前面的restaurants跟后面的 unit有什么不同？

前面的restaurant是指那些他们想取得特许经销权的餐厅后面的units表示他们想在经销区开多少家被经销餐厅的分店我们目前的目标在于取得超过40家餐厅的独立经销权，并期待能在经销区设立15-20家该餐厅之经销分店有个地方觉得怪怪的 development territories应改成developmental territories
