这里的whether or not语法是看得懂..但是中间插了"as a down-hill spary"...

没抄错.请问正确语法应该是怎样?实际是要表达是前面的喷头喷的状态会影响后面喷头的能力X

up-hill spray后面加一个is，can change前面要有一个主词，还有我认为as应该不是when的意思，而是跟着前面的thesame的
