以下句子要怎么拆解？
organizations 后面的that 我认为是关系子句，但是动词是will吗？
然后不懂中间的逗号是要分开什么，还是逗号之前的副词句子？
我的理解这句话是：在一个会奖励特定目标达成的组织当中，
就实际的绩效和目标相对而言是一个重要的回馈资源，
而员工会以此管理自己社会地位。
