评论：简单说，可以免认证先拿55%，但代价是你要放弃剩下的45%代币，如果不愿意放弃
就要等到新网站开启，用新的严格认证后才可以拿55%资金与剩余的45%代币。
我看到都傻眼了，怎么有人赔偿是这样赔的?!怕有问题还去翻推特的留言与中国的讨论，
都是只能二选一没错。
按照polo相对宽松的LV2认证都要几个月以上了，BTC-E我不敢想像要卡多久了，这还是他
建立在不刁难“外国人”的情况下...
本来还打算美美的先拿55%，剩下45%再慢慢给BTC-E磨没关系，看来算盘都被打翻了
应该是投资公司的策略吧！借此开发初期客户，认证就认证啊，又不是黑钱怕什么如果没有这间投资公司进来，基本本钱拿不拿得回来还很难说白话点说就是,我新公司帮btc-e偿还部分资金,为的是原本会员基础,但因为以后要合法经营,所以希望留住一般客户至于那些要来洗钱的客户,就给55%之后要他滚蛋
