生命之粮（三） 若六51-58
那时候，耶稣对群众说：
“我是从天上降下的生活的食粮；
谁若吃了这食粮，必要生活直到永远。
我所要赐给的食粮，就是我的肉，
是为世界的生命而赐给的。”
因此，犹太人彼此争论说：
“这人怎能把他的肉，赐给我们吃呢？”
耶稣向他们说：
“我实实在在告诉你们：
你们若不吃人子的肉，不喝他的血，在你们内，便没有生命。
谁吃我的肉，并喝我的血，必得永生，在末日，我且要叫他复活，
因为我的肉，是真实的食品；我的血，是真实的饮料。
谁吃我的肉，并喝我的血，便住在我内，我也住在他内。
就如那生活的父派遣了我，我因父而生活；
照样，那吃我的人，也要因我而生活。
这是从天上降下来的食粮，不像祖先吃了“玛纳”仍然死了；
谁吃这食粮，必要生活直到永远。”
Gospel JN 6:51-58
Jesus said to the crowds:
"I am the living bread that came down from heaven;
whoever eats this bread will live forever;
and the bread that I will give
is my flesh for the life of the world."
The Jews quarreled among themselves, saying,
"How can this man give us his flesh to eat?"
Jesus said to them,
"Amen, amen, I say to you,
unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood,
you do not have life within you.
Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life,
and I will raise him on the last day.
For my flesh is true food,
and my blood is true drink.
Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood
remains in me and I in him.
Just as the living Father sent me
and I have life because of the Father,
so also the one who feeds on me
will have life because of me.
This is the bread that came down from heaven.
Unlike your ancestors who ate and still died,
whoever eats this bread will live forever."

“わたしは、天から降って来た生きたパンである。
このパンを食べるならば、その人は永远に生きる。
わたしが与えるパンとは、
世を生かすためのわたしの肉のことである。”
それで、ユダヤ人たちは、
“どうしてこの人は自分の肉を我々に食べさせることができるのか”と、
互いに激しく议论し始めた。
イエスは言われた。
“はっきり言っておく。
人の子の肉を食べ、その血を饮まなければ、
あなたたちの内に命はない。
わたしの肉を食べ、わたしの血を饮む者は、
永远の命を得、
わたしはその人を终わりの日に复活させる。
わたしの肉はまことの食べ物、
わたしの血はまことの饮み物だからである。
わたしの肉を食べ、わたしの血を饮む者は、
いつもわたしの内におり、
わたしもまたいつもその人の内にいる。
生きておられる父がわたしをお遣わしになり、
またわたしが父によって生きるように、
わたしを食べる者もわたしによって生きる。
これは天から降って来たパンである。
先祖が食べたのに死んでしまったようなものとは违う。
このパンを食べる者は永远に生きる。”
