记述这些事的，就是这个门徒，我们知道，他的作证是真实的

那时候，伯多禄转过身来，看见耶稣所爱的那个门徒跟着，
即在晚餐时靠耶稣胸膛前问：“主！是谁出卖祢？”的那个门徒。
伯多禄一看见他，就对耶稣说：“主，他怎样？”
耶稣向他说：“我如果要他存留直到我来，与你何干？你只管跟随我。”
于是在兄弟们中间传出这话说：“那门徒不死。”
其实耶稣并没有说：他不死，
而只说：“我如果要他存留直到我来，与你何干？”
为这些事作证，且写下这些事的，就是这个门徒，
我们知道：他的作证是真实的。
耶稣所行的还有许多别的事；
假使要一一写出来，我想所要写的书，连这世界也容不下。
反省
我们有许多的关心其实是分心，
媒体制造八卦、厂商制造消费、政治制造是非。话题迅速爆炸又迅速消失，
都与我的灵魂得救无关。
真正该关心的是该如何跟随耶稣的脚步升天，
别人的事情除非为了实践爱德又何必过问。
耶稣行的事连世界也装不下，永远都关心不完。
德勒撒姆姆说：‘如果你把时间花在批评别人，那你一定没有时间去爱他。’

Gospel JN 21:20-25
Peter turned and saw the disciple following whom Jesus loved,
the one who had also reclined upon his chest during the supper
and had said, “Master, who is the one who will betray you?”
When Peter saw him, he said to Jesus, “Lord, what about him?”
Jesus said to him,
"What if I want him to remain until I come?
What concern is it of yours?
You follow me.”
So the word spread among the brothers that that disciple would not die.
But Jesus had not told him that he would not die,
just“What if I want him to remain until I come?
What concern is it of yours?”
It is this disciple who testifies to these things
and has written them, and we know that his testimony is true.
There are also many other things that Jesus did,
but if these were to be described individually,
I do not think the whole world would contain the books
that would be written.
