above.MICROSCOPIC FINDING:-
Section 2 reveals a proliferation of
atypical epithelial cells with a high
nucleocytoplasmic ratio, and the
neoplastic cells have polygonal
hyperchromatic nuclei. Part of the
tumor shows coagulative necrosis,
fibrin deposition, and neutrophilic
infiltration.- Sections 1 and 3 display
necrotic cells mixed with debris, fibrin,
and leukocytes.

Adenocarcinoma叫腺癌 是胰脏采出来的 又叫胰腺癌胰脏癌
看起来还是分化很差的癌症…他这个是采三个检体，但只有第二个是癌症吗？其他的是什么意思？谢谢

采三次检体，第二次有确诊癌症，第一次跟第三次拿到坏死的部位，有时候肿瘤比较大的时候，采检到比较中间的部位会坏死
谢谢帮忙解释，采三次的意义。不过原本期待是内分泌神经瘤，看来比较倾向癌症了
根据报告结果显示是第二个检体分化差的胰脏腺癌 剩下三个应该也是肿瘤 只是可能因为太大所以采样的细胞大部分都是坏死的肿瘤细胞无论如何 胰脏腺癌的诊断是确定的
