) at 6:00pm to welcome all new Tartans (undergrad & grad). Meet with other inc
oming students before school starts and a great opportunity to mingle with Tai
pei alumni, including this year's keynote speaker, Microsoft Taiwan CFO Tom Ch
ang (CMU '00).
