Our hotel management was taking seriously after all unpleasant that has
happened to you. As our housekeeping was working on thoroughly inspect
hygiene under the bed for all guestrooms.
And strengthen for the hotel staff training.
In addition, regarding to your missing stay and points as you mentioned,
after checked with Hilton Honors Center it was due to the system issue, and
upon we sent this E-mail to you ,we’ve already apply the missing
Stay and points(including the bonus points). Please kindly review your member
account recently.

patient to inform us, we are pleasure to offer you a free upgrade to suit for

简单的说就是很制式的道歉,会加强训练和清理
然后消失的stay和points是系统问题
他们已经去申请missing Stay and points
话说这还真怪入住前都看的到纪录,换房间后就消失了...
而且别间饭店都不会遇上这种问题...
而且当天还2个房号和姓氏都不法登入上网...
另外赔偿就是你再来住会帮你升套...
