根据病人自主权利法
第 4 条
病人对于病情、医疗选项及各选项之可能成效与风险预后，有知情之权利
。对于医师提供之医疗选项有选择与决定之权利。
第 5 条
病人就诊时，医疗机构或医师应以其所判断之适当时机及方式，将病人之
病情、治疗方针、处置、用药、预后情形及可能之不良反应等相关事项告
知本人。病人未明示反对时，亦得告知其关系人。
我会建议卫服部应该将这个讯息告诉病人,
让病人自己做决定.
病人本来就有选择治疗方式的权利.
医生的立场就是要告知病人所有的风险跟可能性.
让病人自己选择用什么方式来治疗.
