原则上,impact facotor超过5分的期刊,你写论文投上的话,
可以开香槟庆祝。

结论:在家爬楼梯爬得越多,发生第二型糖尿病的风险越低。

成和血脂,但只有家庭式爬楼梯改善空腹血糖。

结论:In this cohort of older men, stair climbing was associated
with a lower risk of mortality from any causes.
老男人,爬楼梯在各种死因的死亡风险皆有所降低。
故,姑且不论什么收发啦,倒垃圾啦之类的...
大部分有品质的研究,都支持爬楼梯较健康,且多爬多健康,和上健身房差
不多,甚至更好。
Well,我也不是在说公寓五楼或顶加很好,只是爬楼梯这件事情不要看得像洪
水猛兽。
