本鲁一小时前不小心在国外网站刷了175美金
由于我是经过Paypal付款，根据该网站(Opskin)上写到的
"PayPal payments are only refundable back to the PayPal account they
originated from. If a user closes their PayPal account and later wants a
PayPal payment refunded to a different payment method, they will not be able
to receive a refund."
所以我的款项应该会退到Paypal帐户内，我的问题是我应该怎么将Paypal中的钱提出来
我并没有玉山银行帐号，只有邮局帐号
这样是不是代表我无法将Paypal中的钱领出来？
还是有其他办法可以领出来？有人知道应该怎么做吗？请告诉我，谢谢
