本作品的主题设定在19世纪美中大平原上，白人与印地安人的竞争。
白人必须要把货物利用各种管道[运输到美西、而印地安人则是要拦截货物
而玩家的行动并非回合制的一来一往，而是借由抽取指示物决定
玩家手上会有三张卡决定大平原上的事件，战斗也是稀松平常。
