accessibility for patients in need.
By streamlining workflows and overcoming bottlenecks, we enable efficient and
effective CGT manufacturing. Our mission is to transform the future of
healthcare through innovation and precision.
Role Description
This full-time, on-site Senior Mechanical Engineer role is based in
Zhubei City.
The position involves designing and developing mechanical components and
systems, creating detailed specifications, and working closely with
cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include performing advanced mechanical engineering analyses,
refining machine designs, and utilizing CAD tools.
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will also contribute to research and
development efforts and manage projects to ensure delivery within scope,
timeline, and budget.
Qualifications
1.Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and Machine Design
2.Experience with CAD tools to create and modify designs
3.Strong background in R&D with a focus on innovation
4.Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including planning, execution,
and delivery
5.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
7.Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
8.Knowledge of robotics or automation systems is a plus
