职务名称: Advance Mask Engineer
工作地点: 南科
职务说明:
1. Mask manufacture engineer
2. Advance mask process defect and index control 3. Well communication with v
nedor for tool maintenance and trouble shooting.
4. Advanced technology transfer and CIP.
5. Location: Fab18
6. Focus on N5, N3 and below mask making, included EUV mask and IMM mask.
7. The most advanced mask technology. This is a very challenged and excited jo
