工作内容：
1. FMCW FPGA/ASIC system building and chip bring up
2. guiding and working with FW HW SA members
3. system analysis and A/D interfacing
4. Infrastructuring:
setup VCS (ex:git/gerrit/jenkins), XML-to-RTL, design automation
(ex:verilog-mode/perl), flows scripting
需求:
Very good at DSP and filtering (decimation, CIC, poly-phase decomposition...),
familiar with MIPI CSI-2, high-speed interface,
Excellent RTL design and system debugging abilities
Having experience of setup teams from zero (better)

这职务100W太低了吧 要就谈多些, 否则留在台湾就好....
