【工作内容】
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide IT infrastructure
and application support to our warehousing and shipping operation in Taiwan.
Other responsibilities include providing on-site
technical IT support for our other locations nearby.
【征求条件】
-Degree or Diploma qualification in a relevant IT related field
with 2-3 years relevant hands-on working experience providing IT
infrastructure and application support, preferably in warehousing
and shipping operational environments.
-Strong technical skills in desktop operating systems such as Windows 7.
Technical skills in supporting major desktop applications including
Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Citrix VDI, etc.
Experienced supporting enterprise applications such as ERP,
Warehouse Management Systems, etc.
-Experienced supporting desktop and mobile computing hardware
such as personal computers, laptop computers, applications, printers,
peripherals, mobile computing devices, etc.
Familiar with mobile devices used in warehouse and shipping operations
which include mobile scanners, mobile printers, and USB handheld scanners, etc.
-Basic networking skills to support troubleshooting of WAN, LAN
and wireless network related issues and assist in their resolution.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision,
but also a good team player who can work well with team members
in other locations with a proven problem solving skill in identifying root
cause and resolving issues.
-Good verbal and written communication skills,
including a good command of the English language.
Able to communication well with management and users
at all levels and have a strong customer focus in resolving users' problems.
