上次与大家分享了“如何做好主题发展”的写作篇
今天则是要针对口说一二题来作分享唷！
在练习口说一二题时，除了把流畅度练顺、不要有文法错误以外，
主题发展也是相当重要且不可忽视的，这点做好就能让口说言之有物～
然而，许多同学不知道如何有效发展主题，
对此，哈佛分享一个简单有效的架构，帮助同学做好主题发展
what → why → so what → story
讲完一个点 (what) 之后，不该只停在该点上，应该进一步去讨论原因 (why)。
除了原因外，若能再多谈该点为什么重要 (so what 引出的点)。
经过 why 与 so what 的引导，点的发展将比本来更深。
最后，要让讲的点不那么抽象，讲个故事来应证该点，将能够画龙点睛。
以此题为例 Some people like having a wide variety of friends and
acquaintances they can spend time with. Others like to spend most of their
free time with the same small group of close friends. Which do you prefer?
Explain why.
what: I prefer spending most of my free time with the same small group of
close friends
why: because close friends would support me in my lowest low but
acquaintances wouldn’t
so what: It matters because without the kind of support, I would not be able
to get through tough times.
story: For example, when I was in high school, my dearest puppy was hit by a
car. I was extremely depressed because of that. Even though I had more than
2000 friends on Facebook at that time, no one truly cared, but on the other
hand some of my closest friends comforted me. With the emotional support from
them, I was able to get back up again. Through the experience, I realized the
importance of having deep relationships. Thus, I prefer spending free time
with close friends.
