EIJING (Reuters) - China’s foreign ministry said on Wednesday that the United States was to blame for flip-flopping in bilateral trade negotiations over the past year, after comments from U.S. President Donald Trump warning Beijing against stalling talks. Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying made the remarks during a daily press briefing. Top U.S. and Chinese trade negotiators concluded their latest round of trade negotiations in Shanghai earlier on Wednesday.

而美国Future Indices现在是小涨的。或许大家对于降息更乐观了。
有没有可能，这次谈判双方本来就没要谈妥什么，只是做做样子各取所需。
川普要的是“降息的理由”，习近平要的是“对抗的理由”。
然后台湾自由行立刻被终止，总觉得这中间有戏，台湾也是谈判内容吗？
