新光金控“两个女人的战争”引发关注，更传出新光金大公主吴欣盈新寿副总职位险遭拔
除。吴欣盈似乎不甘外界一再拿她与李纪珠关系做文章，昨日深夜再度在脸书发文，自称
绝不会让个人私心置于公司利益之上，惟贴文今晨随即删除。
《壹周刊》报导，吴欣盈与新光金控总经理李纪珠的不合传闻延烧至上月底的董事会上，
据传吴欣盈再度质疑李纪珠KPI(关键绩效指标)等问题，甚至呛李“小心点”。此举却让
新光金控董事洪士琪有了着墨点，新寿副总职位被提议撤换，好在担任新光金董座的父亲
吴东进护女成功，才稳住吴欣盈的副总大位。
吴欣盈在脸书发文自清，称现在是新光金发挥潜力的时候，不能陷入贪婪与政治，她不会
让任何人将个人利益置于公司利益之上。她强调，她在新光金控董事会中，扮演的角色是
确保经营阶层克尽其职、保证股东权益；至于在新寿，则是与团队发掘新的业务机会，进
而为公司带来利益。
吴欣盈最后强调，人生要扮演好被赋予的角色，“发挥自己最大的潜能”是西方著名的谚
语，而对新光金也是如此，其中的成员必须努力，公司必将再起。

In life you play the roles your given and play it well or dont bother getting
on stage. And that for now is for SK to live to its potential and not get
caught up in greed and politics. My role as FHC board member is to safeguard
interests of the shareholders to ensure management do their job. My role as
EVP of Life is to deliver new business opportunitiesand fresh mindsets
through collaborations with my colleagues to scale the impact and bring
benefit to the company.
This isnt a job for me. This is a career. And I care about this company too
much to let anyone put their selfish interests before this. In the west there
is a phrase - be the best you can be and this applies to SK too. It must rise
again and live to its potential. And all of us in this entity must work hard
and play our rolesto make that happen.
