【JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES】
== All higher level titles also require the abilities from the lower ones ==
** Jr./Mid SDET **
- Design test plans to validate new features and changes in existing features
in various software and hardware products
- Adopt continuous integration and automation to reduce manual testing and
execute tests early and often.
- Log, track, regress and close bugs in our tracking system and also create,
organize and discuss work on our wiki page.
- Identify areas of improvements, track any changes and status updates for
current builds.
- Able to prioritize and multi-task with strong problem-solving and
individual thinking skills.
- Ability to clarify and address the root cause or the reason why the issue
occurs.
- Keep thinking and writing useful tools to help teamwork more efficiently.
** Sr. SDET **
- Set up and implement our automated testing system with high test coverage.
- Ability to point out the workflow issues no matter it's within QA team or
cross-functional team and provide root cause and solution to improve software
quality.
【EXPERIENCE】

** Jr. SDET **
- A bachelor's degree in either computer, electrical, mathematics or other
related fields.
- 0~2+ years of testing experience within software quality assurance.
- Some experience participating in any kind of software development project.
** Mid-level SDET **
- 2~7+ years of testing experience within software quality assurance.
- Experience in any kind of Agile framework.
- Experience with Windows application development is a plus.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git, SVN.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test
cases.
- Experience with test automation & tools. (Preferred: WebdriverIO, Github
actions) cucumber.
** Sr. SDET **
- 7+ years of manual & automated testing experience within software quality
assurance.
- Strong experience in agile development methodologies.
- Experience in building a test automation framework from the ground up,
including CI flow, UI based and API based tests etc.

薪资
Jr.: 600K ~ 900K / year
Mid-level:900K ~ 1300K / year
Sr.:1300K ~ 1800K / year
薪资(保证最低年薪,必填项目)
上述年薪为14个月(已包含年终)
年薪/12即为每月所领月薪
工时
09:00~18:00
每周工作时间: 8*5=40 弹性上下班
加班费制度
比照劳基法,但以补休为优先原则

实话:
工时非常弹性,配合美国时区,不同部门下班会有极小可能需要 ON CALL,但无法配合只
要跟主管说一声即可。学习曲线垂直,换句话说,是操的。流程制度都还在建立中,适合
有想法一起改善的人加入。品质是一种 Mindset,不敢说全世界的人都可以认同,但有时
的确会感到沮丧,没关系至少团队内部可以互相取暖。
