职缺能力经历要求:
We are looking for a talented and entrepreneurial technical lead to join
us in delivering an innovative SaaS platform that allows offline merchants
to effectively manage their online presence and perform digital marketing.
We will leverage analytics from a new data set of customer behavior to
enable precision adertising and marketing automation, helping merchants
improve their business.
工作内容:
i. Recruitment, resource planning, and engineering talent development
ii. Establish processes & guidelines that produce high-quality, scalable,
and manageable software products.
iii. Participate actively in product strategy discussions and provide
technical consultation based on business requirements
iv. Manage outsourced development and ensure successful delivery
v. Define and implement new technical strategies & methodologies based
on industry best practices and latest technologies
需求条件:
i. BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
ii. 5+ years of experience as a software engineering with full-stack
exposure
iii. Experience in a leading an engineering team and managing complex
projects
iv. Proficient with AWS architecture and services
v. Familiarity with APIs of social media platforms desirable
vi. Entrepreneurial attitude and spirit
薪资(月薪):
Above 100K + Stock Option
薪资(保证最低年薪，必填项目):

工时:
每日工作时间: EX:9:00AM~6:00PM (八小时) 中午休息(12:00~1:00)
每周工作时间: 8*5=40
加班费制度：
如雇主有使劳工每日工作时间超过8小时者，或单周超过40小时者，应依法给付加班
费，其标准为：（劳动基准法第24条）
（1）延长工作时间在2小时以内者，按平日每小时工资额加给3分之1以上。
（2）再延长工作时间在2小时以内者，按平日每小时工资额加给3分之2以上。
补休使用需员工同意，经录取员工检举无加班费，一律转发劳动部进行劳动检查。
