，讓公眾藉由網路能自由方便地涉獵智慧財產權相關知識，俾能建立正確的智慧財產權觀
念。
中文課程：

在首頁 “學習列車” 標題下，提供下列主題的視訊課程 “認識專利，認識專利化商品
，創業投資，讓與、授權與技術轉移，鑑價，契約訂定，訴訟、侵權排除，政府資源，專
利檢索應用宣導推廣”。除了上述視訊課程外，該網站還提供專利商品化新訊、成功案例
、訊息交流分享。 (*有趣的是：雖然是智慧財產局轄下的專利商品化教育宣導網，但智
慧財產局本部的網站導覽卻完全沒有該教育宣導網相關訊息和連結)

目前有 “專利法導論11章” 和 “商標法導論11章”，簡介相關法條與規定，並提供若
干案例說明。相較於傳統線上課程只有單純投影片簡報內容、字幕和配音，筆者認為智慧
財產培訓學院新版線上課程顯得更加生動，尤其講者以 "面對面" 方式躍然於電腦螢幕中

由KIPA與WIPO SMEs (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) 及KIPO共同開發，內容涵
蓋營業秘密，著作權，專利和商標權，向企業說明智慧財產權對公司營運所可能產生的各
面相重大影響。由WIPO提供課程原稿，再由KIPO（韓國知識產權局）贊助成立KIPA（韓國
發明促進協會）來完成此新版的線上教學課程；而於2007年WIPO大會中正式上線啟用該課

檢索獲得重要的智慧財產權資訊。IP Xpedite課程的目標授課對象是公司內研發人員和專
