其中最下面有个 Additional Drawing Schedule
Early June
Notification of Successful Selection and Request to Pay Entry Fee and Charges
(Payment by June 20 (Fri.))
↓↓↓ (*If all selected candidates pay their entry fee and charges, no
additional drawing will be held.)
Mid July
Drawing (Another drawing targeting those unsuccessful in the first drawing
will select additional entrants.)
↓↓↓
Late July
Notification of Additional Successful Selection and Request to Pay Entry Fee
and Charges
(Payment by early August)
简单讲就是
如果第一轮抽中的人全数缴费完成话, 就不会有第二轮抽签
如果没有, 那些没缴费完成（6/20 截止）的名额就会被放到第二轮抽签
第二轮抽签是 7 月中抽 7月底通知 缴费期限是 8月初
但要留意就是如果有第二轮抽签
官方就只会通知有抽中的人
大概是这样
所以没抽到的也不要气馁

事后想想，还是不要抱太大期望，中签率会很低，再说到时候万一抽到，住宿跟机票也会是个问题，如果是抱持着去路跑的打算话，当然如果是去玩，那又是一回事了

请问一下，因为我第一次报名没成功，二轮抽签是可以再重新报名，还是只有第一轮没中的人可以再抽一次???
