legitimately occupying and exercising jurisdiction over Taiwan and the

可以知道以下结论：
1. 美国认为台湾地位未定，但是中国(无论是中华民国还是中华人民共和国)都不同意
2. 在这状况下，一中政策想必也是认为台湾地位悬而未决，并非独立也非统一
3. 只是中国不同意，所以我在翻译上就让步一下，但是英文原文我照样用acknowledge
这样我想没争议了吧，我一直在拿各种资料出来佐证，别再用“这样语意不通顺”来辩解
说真的看来也烦，麻烦拿出国际权威人士(例如我这篇英文文章)的声明出来讨论
