公司于2015成立(已上市), 目前有4个药物在临床实验, 还有很多前期药物研发project
高层跟同事大多都是大公司过来的(Amgen, Genentech...etc)
我待过Novartis四年 觉得现在这间公司相对透明跟自由很多
每个人都可以参加project team meeting 也有很多报告自己成果的机会
work life balance不错 基本上大部分同事都是9-6 不太需要加班
仪器设备方面 我是做质谱仪的 这边跟我在Novartis用的是同等级或更好的model
这两个职缺是别的部门 我不晓得他们的设备怎么样 应该是不会太差
同事方面 我认识的还有主管们以及大老板人都非常好
