因为电脑重灌，重新安装了计中的microsoft office 2013
但在认证的时候显示: "the software licensing service reported that the grace
period expired..."以及 "the license is not installed... "
问了同学是说之前安装时没有这样的状况，但他也忘记之前是怎么安装的了
请问这是什么情形? 是我的步骤错了还是应该写信去问计中?
