薪资待遇难提升 林全这样分析

近年国内贫富差距大、薪资水平难提升，行政院长林全认为，由于全球化造成企业竞争压
力更大，企业要节省成本，加上全球经济放缓，以致于国内薪资待遇难上扬。
林全今日参加工商协进会举办的“工商早餐会”，他提到国内薪资水平低的原因。
林全表示，过去台湾产业外移，但研发留在国内，让企业对于国内仍旧可以创造就业机会
，而对于人才需求强劲，也能带动薪资待遇成本，不过全球化越来越普及，企业在海外遇
到更大竞争压力，逼得企业需要cost down，才会抑制到国内薪资水平。
此外，林全也认为，同一时间，由于国内无法找到新的发展机会，没有新投资，而全球景
气放缓之下，加速让国内所得差距扩大。
林全说，社会企业对政府期待很高，所以政府要承担更多责任与负担，不能放任国内经济
放缓，这也是为何政府提出“5+2”产业计画，同时，也要扩大政府支出。
