既然原文提到MRI后显示complete Grade 3 tear
那应该是就这样了...
hip flexor 主要为Psoas major腰大肌 & Iliacus髂肌 合称髂腰肌
有兴趣的人再去google看看它们吧
当然股四头肌中的股直肌跨越双关节 也是会参与hip flex
