各位前辈好
第一次用Amazon买东西
因为我要买得无法送来台湾 所以请在美国的朋友代收
然而他给我错的地址但是我已经下订单付钱了
好家在他们还没出货
请问有经验的前辈有没有更改地址的经验
我有在order页面用contact seller说想要改地址
他们回应说:As per our third party agreement with Amazon.com,
we can only ship the address provided to us at the time of checkout.
If you would like to change the shipping address on this order,
please submit an Amazon.com cancellation request and re-place the order
with the correct shipping address.
并说明会把货hold住等我消息
我想问的是
1.他是叫我直接在order页面 按下request cancellation吗?
但是这样按下去好像还是通知seller而不是Amazon耶
2.万一我通知seller要cancel,他也帮我取消了，而因为时差没有及时re-order
，这样被别人订走怎么办呢?
因为我买的是最后出清特价只剩一件了....
请有经验的前辈指教一下
我也有回信去问了，但是他们回应好慢，所以来这边讨教
