most at risk of contracting COVID-19.

nurses who undertake health checks in MIQ
security staff
customs and border officials
hotel workers
defence force staff who work at Managed Isolation
police
airline staff
port authorities

我比较好奇明明顺位第三也能打，机组放宽隔离也是在机组人员能打疫苗后才放宽，为何不说是隔离天数缩短的问题而在吵顺位？4不4怕得罪航空人员？
