想请问一下第四题
解答里Instructions between branch mispredictions部分，
为何用"1/(branch占全部instructions的比例 x branch预测错误率)"可求得?
还有stall cycle那边圈起来的地方代表的是什么意思? 是指除了branch的penalty外，
其他的penalty，可能stall 0/4, 1/4, 2/4, 3/4个cycle，然后平均起来(/4)吗?
