以下分享我在eat eat bistro非常糟糕的消费经验,
I wanna share my terrible dinning exprience in eat eat bistro.
总共分为两件事:
There are 2 parts in this article.
第一,也就是最严重的一件,
First, the worst thing,
该店冷气机突然故障,
The airconditioner suddenly stop working and pour a lot of water.
不仅将我的餐点.平板淋湿之外, 也将我的头淋的都是水,
It makes my waffle and my tablet wet but also my head.
但该店外场经理并没有即时处理, 而是工读生道歉
But the manager didn't do anything immediately, the part-time job guy felt
embarrassed and say sorry.
只是再事后跟工读生说重做一份餐点,并没有任何的道歉或赔偿
The manager only ask the others give us new dishes, he even didn't say sorry
to us until we left.
这也是让我浪费宝贵时间上来希望告诉大家,以防悲剧再度发That's why I spend my
leisure time on this article.I DON'T WANT ANYONE HAVE THE SAME TERRIBLE
EXPERIENCE AS MINE.
第二,该店松饼上餐速度约为40-50分钟,这是让我不能接受的
Second, we wait for our waffle for at least 40-50 mins
询问后店员表示因为只有一台松饼机
The response is there is only one waffle machine.
但该店当时约有40位顾客以上
There are approximate 40 customer or more, actually it's not a good reason.
You should tell the customer before they order.
这并不是一个适当的理由
至少在点菜前应尽告知义务
注意事项：1.这里不是黑特板，陈述时请勿使用过于直接的粗俗不雅字眼，
否则将删文并依板规裁罚，不再另行提醒。
2.对删文或板务管理相关事项有疑义时请寄信找板主讨论，
勿直接于板面上发文，否则依板规删除并设劣文。
