简单说 今年Spa因为大雨 现场观众只看到三圈的 "比赛"
经过长久的协调之后 赛事主办方决定不退费
只提供了2022赛事门票的抽选资格做为补偿
今年赛事到现场的70000名观众都可以登记参加抽选 会抽出170位观众获得2022的门票
另外也会提供所有观众2022 Spa赛事的F1 TV Pro资格
F1 TV Pro资格只有单场比赛 而且同样受限于F1 TV Pro的转播范围
所以有些观众居住的地方看不到...
