越南F1主办官方今天发信通知了，供参考：
1.To all ticket holders: Your purchase remains FULLY VALID and will be
automatically updated to the new 2020 race schedule when announced – we hope
to have a new date within 1 to 2 months for a race date later in the year.
已买票的人，票仍然有效，新赛程日宣布时自动转至该期间
新赛程时间“希望能”在 1~2 个月内决定
2.To customers who have already received their tickets: On new race date
confirmation, we will need to issue you New Tickets which will be delivered
free-of-charge. The previous tickets sent to you can no longer be used and
you will need to use these new tickets issued to you instead. E-tickets will
be issued & valid from 2 to 3 weeks prior to the new race date.
已经收到纸本票的人，新赛程日确定后可以免费换发新票，旧票作废
电子票会在开赛前 2~3 周重新寄发
3.In case you do not wish to receive new tickets: it is important to us that
all our customers are satisfied and feel supported during this difficult
time. Once our New Date is announced but you do not wish or are unable to
continue with your Vietnam Grand Prix 2020 purchase, we will be processing
requests for refunds. You will be able to leave your information in this
link. We will then contact you on confirmation of the new date and look to
process your request.
