1. at night
最常用，泛指“在夜间（相对于白天）”。
指一般的时间段，不关注夜里的具体某一刻。
常用于描述习惯、重复性动作或一般情况。
例：
Owls hunt at night.
猫头鹰在夜间捕食。
I usually read at night.
我通常在晚上阅读。
2. in the night
用得少，带有夜里某个时刻的感觉，通常指夜间中途、半夜、睡梦中发生的事情。
常带有戏剧性、突发性或故事感。
例：
I woke up several times in the night because of the storm.
因为暴风雨，我在夜里醒了好几次。
Strange noises were heard in the night.
夜里听到了奇怪的声音。

额外提示：
英国人可能在故事叙述时更爱用 in the night 来营造氛围，而美式英文更多用 in the
