下图句中，我的理解是（the sixth consecutive year the record ）has been broken，只是总觉得the sixth consecutive year 与the record has been broken 间是否少了什么？

省略一个which或that

可否改写成.......2002,which is the sixth consecutiveyear( that breaks the record).

你可以在the sixth consecutive year 后面补个when 这里完全不缺which 或 that...你的改法也是错的，年份是非人名词，它无法执行break这个动词
