我的答案跟解答是一样的（如下）
Tell me who the boy is standing over there.
但有人觉得答案是下面这样，
Tell me who the boy standing over there is.
有谁可以告诉我，这两个哪个是对的？

两句都可以，不过写作实务上补语位置不要离修饰主体太远就好，以这句为例距离其实差不多，所以个人觉得皆可
