这两个网站都在Congress后面打上逗号。但为何不用句号呢?
Congress候用句号不是比较合理吗?
如果参考tube video的影片，更合理的标点，应该是把句号打在
potential之后 然后As大写，重新开始一个新的句子
，直到Americans。
大家如何看? Congress应该用句号还是逗号? 或者是potential之后直接打句号?
