不是 那句是在说前面的 "prices will continue to rise" 整句的意思是价格一直在涨就像过去10年一样

我觉得是原句漏了个动词，例如项这样 "as priceshave nearly doubled every year ..."每年一倍 看起来有像比特币 :p不然就是省略了东西 , as prices have (done so)....

就 是省了rise(risen)在have后面吧...
