you need。如果原句子没有写错的话，这个看起来比底下那个好，但句子还是好丑。
2....tell you what you need 用来修饰被cooking的东西。这样子需要接what。
for后面即成一长串的动名词:
cooking what tell you what you need.
整个就变成tips for (cooking what tell you what you need)
文法上看起来是没问题了但句意有够不自然。如果真的是这样写的话其实不见得需要把
tell改成tells，因为what不必然是代表单数(可能是the things which也可能是the
thing which)。但这个句子怎么看怎么奇怪，因为句子后半要煮的那锅汤是
friendship soup，而不是煮一锅告诉你需要什么东西的东西(舌头都打结啦)的汤，如果
我是要煮friendship soup，我要一个看起来完全无关的tips干麻？
3.我怀疑句子写错了...在我看来比较自然的问法应该是这样:You have to follow some
special tips for cooking _____ tell you what you need to do to keep your
friendship and then cook the friendship soup with great patience.
这样子很简单就可以把that填进去。
变成special tips (for cooking) that tell you what you need to do。
(that子句用来修饰special tips)
我是不知道课本有没有教touch rule和exceptions to the touch rule这种东西? 虽然
一般说子句需要修饰最邻近的物件，但子句前的修饰语对于先行词来说是必要的话可以
有例外。

我觉得这句话很诡异。另三个选项是to、who、how是选择题，没有that或which，所以不得已要选what对吗

我觉得四个答案都是错的。选what虽然"文法上"没有错误了，但句意像是外星人才能理解的东西

直译what版本: 你得遵循一些特殊的诀窍来煮出那些(第1个what)可以告诉你维持友谊时你所需的东东(第2个what)，然后搭配耐心煮出友谊的汤品。 本来想再直译 that 版本，发现脑筋转不回来了。差别在于 for 型态习惯依附主词。要紧跟 tip 改用 tip of cooking也许就不同解了。
